outlook import/export or synchronization

I thought Outlook import/export options will be available soon, and the synchronization feature will be added later. When will any of these available? I would like to see any one of these implemented so that I can synchronize various programs/devices via Outlook.

We do have plans to add import/export options but the date is not fixed yet as first of all we have to improve email exchange feature to make the complete solution for email collaboration between team mambers. After we finish this we can go to the Outlook features.
