can't assign categories to new tasks with keyboard

1) create category "Cat1"
2) create task and in the Category field start typing "Ca" - the "Cat1" category should be selected
3) hit "Enter" to set this category for the task

Nothing happens. This was working in previous version and was very handy for quickly selecting categories. Now I have to use the mouse to double click the selected (but not chosen) category.
