default date criteria should be "equals"

I find I most often want to find out what's due on a particular day. However, the default date criteria filter is "is less than or equal to" which means I have to constantly select the next option in the drop down ("equals") which slows me down.

This is especially annoying when I press the "Clear" button - I want the date filter to remain as "Equals" after pressing "Clear".

New filter will allow you to save settings like one can do with layouts now, so I believe this issue will be solved by this new feature.
