Note tab should be first after General tab

I use the Note tab far-far-far more often than the Reminder, Hyperlink or Info tabs. Instead of having to hit CTRL-tab 3 times every time I want to bring it up (in full edit mode) it would be more convenient to have it as the first tab after General so you only have to hit CTRL-tab once.

You see, some people might use reminder or hyperlink more often... Sorry but we will be able to change the order if only we are sure that most of our users prefer this way.
