Customizing Email Format

Hi,

I have two questions regarding the customization of autogenerated emails:

Question 1:
Can we change the Format of Email message, especialy following points:

a: Subject of Email
b: Can we add starting sentences in the Email
c: Can we add Signatures of Email

Question 2:
Can we decide whether email will have expoted file attached or not?

I hope, there would be a way to have these features/functionalities available, as closer look at smtp text file shows that system is preparing email using some HTML /XML based pattern.

I'll appriciate, if I recieve your feedback early.

You seem to read our thoughts. We were just about making a poll on your suggestion when I noticed you have already done it yourself.
Question 1: Good and useful feature. Just need to know how many people need it.
Question 2: Not hard to add so you will probably have it in one of the nearest updates.
