VIP Organizer is personal time/task/activity tracking software for effective time management and job organization. It is designed for people who need an affordable and powerful solution that lets plan worktime, manage tasks and track work progress. The feaures are as follows below:
- Make a list of your personal to do items and tasks (use CTRL + ALT +A to quickly add tasks and items to the list)
- Prioritize your personal tasks according to their urgency or importance (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Set due date and time for each personal task (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Set reminder to notify yourself about the right time to do your personal tasks. (use Reminder in Edit Task Dialog)
- Track time left till personal task completion (use Time Left column) and level of completion (use Complete% column)
