Things to do before Christmas
We advise you to launch VIP Organizer and write down all your Christmas ideas (see also Christmas checklist) two months before Christmas. Start with booking tickets otherwise you probably ‘won’t be home for Christmas’. After that think of Christmas presents for your family, friends, colleagues and even unexpected quests. Then Christmas cards, Christmas tree, Christmas decoration, etc. The program lets you set deadlines, prioritize tasks, track them till successful completion, and much more.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
|
Christmas Eveday has come and if you feel yourself exhausted, gather yourself up. The fuss is yet to come. No deadlines help you as time is counted in minutes. No schedule saves you as life changes your time-sheet the way it wants. The only 2 things which bring relief are print option and reminder. The first one supplies you with printed list of things you should do, the second one reminds you about tasks (if you dare to forget) by sound, message pop-up or email to mobile. |
How to delegate Christmas tasks to your people
The happiest day for children is the busiest day for adults. Still you have choice: VIP Organizer and VIP Team To Do List. The last one features resource management, so you can assign your family members, relatives, friends or even unexpected guests to tasks you don’t want or not able to do yourself. Think of how many tasks you can delegate to your mother- or father-in-law! So we wish you good luck and remember: it's never too early to start preparing for Christmas.
