Adding a hot key for program to pop-up

Usually when the program is running on the background, we could only see the icon on the corner of the task bar together with many other ones. It would be sweet to enable hot key combination (like Alt+Q, ect.) to pop up the program interface.

The hot key to show the program is CTRL + ALT + S, the hot key to hide the program is CTRL + ALT + H. If you click the right button on the icon at the task bar you will be able to see these hints. Thanks, for the question. Have a nice day.

If so, it would be perfect. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+S is hard for one hand.
