As a programmer, it would be very nice to have a VIP API (Application Programming Interface) that I can use to programmatically interact with VIP. I could then create my own programs that would interact with VIP.
Here's an example of what I'd like to do:
I'd like to use VIP as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application where I can record all the interactions I've had with clients, including email. I'd like to make it so that as soon as I send an email to a client, I'd like the contents of that email to be automatically stored in VIP so I can later see a list of all the emails I've sent to that client. Right now, there's no way for me to programmatically interact with VIP. _________________ -- Misha
