To reproduce:
1. open notes panel
2. create a new task with no notes in it
3. start writing some notes for the task in the notes panel but don't save it
4. press ctrl-alt-a to bring up a new task window
5. fill in the task title and press ok
get "Access violation at address 006136C8 in module 'VIP Team To Do List.exe'. Read of address 0000004."
If you Alt-Tab to another application and then Alt-Tab back to VIP, you get a duplicate message box pop up again with the same message.
