Sort and view subcategories in tasks list

Hi,

Is there a way to sort first by the Main Category and and then by subcategory in the taks list view for all categories?

i.e. I would like to do the following:

Main A
Sub x-ray
task 1
task 2
Sub cat
task 1
task 2
Main B
Sub lion
task 1
task 2

Instead of what happens in the default (ignores the Main category and sorts only by the subcategory)

what happens now:

Sub cat
task 1
task 2
Sub lion
task 1
task 2
Sub X-ray
task 1
task 2

Yes, this feature is convenient sometimes. We will search for possibility to add it.

I agree with Serge; this feature would be great and would enable a task or project to be broken down into its components.

I agree 100%... The ability to categorize my tasks by PROJECT then CATEGORY and then SUBCATEGORY...

That would allow me to use it for all of my work... My personal projects would be called things like @CALLS or @TASKS, so they were at the top of the list.

Also - in a team\shared environment - Projects should have the ability to be private.. that way my @CALLS project only shows for me when I open it (or for me and my secty only)...
