remember category expansion levels when opening DB file

Since I use multiple VIP database files throughout the day, it would really help me if VIP Organizer "remembered" how the categories were expanded the last time that database file was used.

Right now, every time I re-open a DB file (even if I had closed it a few seconds ago) all the sub-category branches collapse and I have to re-expand them. It would be really helpful if VIP Organizer opened a database file with the exact same category expansion level as it was the last time that database file was used.
