Notes Panel doesn't always save updates

[gomisha]

1) bring up Notes Panel (View->Panels->Note)
2) single click a task in Task List View
3) add notes to the task in the Notes Panel (e.g. "foobar")
4) double click on the task so it's brought up in a separate window
5) change something about the task - e.g. update the task name/description and press OK

The original note ("foobar") will now be lost.
