We like to assign a patient name to a task. We use the task properties to remind us when to call adjusters for authorization followups. This information is critical to send to our branch offices and file in patient charts. The problem is that we can not print an individual task. It always prints all of the tasks on the screen. We could cut and paste but that is a time consuming process. We have looked at all of the filtering options, and have not been able to filter just one task based on due dates. If we could print one task say from the task edit mode, this system would work very well for us. |

Though this contradicts with To Do LIST philosophy (stress on LIST ) we will think how to provide you with this feature. |

I agree with Steve. Printing one task would be a useful feature.
Another program that I use is ActionOutline. This product provides a place to add many notes relating to a task. I usually create a file link in the VIPO task. I am looking forward to a more robust note editor in VIPO.
The printing of individual outline items in ActionOutline is excellent. |
