Change of Status

When a create a list of Tasks, they are automatically set to CREATE. I wish to send them to a distribution as such and then to change ALL of them to OPEN. I am having to go through and reset each of the Tasks to OPEN, one at a time.
I would like to be able to select a set of tasks and then change them all (batch) to OPEN.

This is also a good feature and not much difficult to implement, so I added it to this autumn/fall update schedule.
