Public View of the Tasks list & RSS feed

I want a feature to make my whole network tasks management todo list public for everyone to see (public url) in the same tree hierarchical format as it is available for those who log in. That means that they will not need to login or be members of the team for viewing it. The only difference is that they will not be able to edit anything just view it online by going to a public url. I also need a public RSS feed of the new tasks added with their full decription is available for the network edition. I have the RSS feed conneted to my daily newsletter so it will automatically add the new tasks added into my daily email newsletter. Without these two features, I will not be able to buy or use the network edition.
