no locking of database files

It would be very convenient if I could copy the VIP Organizer DB file while VIP Organizer is open. As it is now, Windows Explorer complains that the program "is being used by another person or program".

This would be very helpful for daily automated backups. Right now, I have to close my VIP Organizer entirely in order for those files to be copied and backed up.
