Task Management Software
"This software rocks golden. Have been looking for this thingy a long time now. My search is over." |
Tommy Hofton - Eggedal, Norway |
" Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |
Christopher Jones - Arundel, AU |
"I have a purchased copy of VIP Team To Do List. Has to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. Well worth it." |
Chad Lindsey - Honolulu, HI |
"I like the layout, categories, sorting, filters, and customizable print report. I love being able to change info on multiple tasks at once & being able to right click to change info on tasks." |

Winner takes it all.
|
There are always the first place winner and the second place contender in each competition. And it is usual, that the first place reward is twice more valuable, than the second place reward. But sometimes for getting the first place it is enough to be on a forward step of your opponent.
We don't have to double our effort or input to get twice as much in life in any of our vital areas.
We only need to be on the forward step of where we are now, to achieve significant increases in our results.
Here are five tips which can help us to be on a forward step to get twice more by planning our life:
|
- Plan your tasks and projects everyday, preferably, the night before. Your task list must include all the items you need to accomplish during the next day. Prioritize your tasks by importance. You may not do all the tasks on your list but you will get the most important tasks done.
- Don't plan less tasks than you can do during the day. If you give yourself one or two tasks to do during the day you'll surely accomplish them. But if you plan ten tasks, it is possible that you don't do all of them, but you can accomplish at least six or seven. Don't be upset if don't get all ten tasks done, be grateful to yourself that you managed to accomplish six tasks, not three or four during your day.
- If our tasks are in our field of vision, that distracts us and pull us in the wrong way. We are busy for all day but we don't do anything significant. So clean your desk to work in better environment.
- One of the most common time wasters are meetings. If you don't contribute anything to the meeting, try not to go there.
- Handle paper just once. As you encounter each new peace of paper if it can be responded to quickly, than respond, if not, schedule it for a time when you will get to it and then put it away.
|
Our product VIP Organizer allows you to set priorities for your tasks (lowest, low, high, highest and urgent) and set status (created, open, waiting, put on hold, cancelled and Ok.). So you will always know which of you tasks must be done immediately and which of them can wait. Also our program allows you to filter the tasks you need to accomplish during a day, a week, a month, etc. And you will see only the tasks you need on your Task List.
