Tips for working at home moms

The most common problem for working moms is to divide professional life from personal life. If you have children the most suitable way of work is work at home. The most common thoughts about advantages of such work are: I can look after my children, take care of them, do my professional work and also have time for housework. But such conclusions are more dreams than reality, if you are not organized and scheduled. More often, your personal work is not accomplished, supper is not ready yet and the phrase: "wait a minute", your child had heard during the whole day. But, where can we find a way to have enough time for our family and for our work? Here are several tips that can help you to find a time and divide between your family and work:

- Create a task list and fill in it all tasks you plan to accomplish.
- Set your tasks by priorities.
- Determine periods of time for your professional tasks and do them only in these periods. Observe this; you will have more time for your children.
- Set a start and finish time for your workday.
- Each day, explain your child what you plan to do and after which activities, you will play or read book to him. So, he will be well informed about your plans and feel himself comfortable by knowing that there will be time for him.
- Don't forget about breaks and don't work during this time.
- Also plan your housework for a day, but don't take upon yourself too much.
- Delegate some tasks on someone who can help you and you won't fell yourself overwhelmed in the end of the day.
