Time management is easy
|
Time management can be easy. And to prove it, here are three time management tips for making time management easy:
- There are only 24 hours in a day.
- We spend about 10-12 hours a day on sleeping, eating, relaxing and on other basic needs which take a fair share of our precious time. That is about 40%-50% of our time a day.
- The rest 50%-60% of our time we can use as we want. And only you make a choice how you spend this time.

Create a task list and set the priorities for each thing you would like to do. Our product VIP Organizer can help you to organize your tasks. Here is an example of how the list of priorities may look like:
High: Time you spend with your family and friends or on a big project.
Normal: Routine chores at work, reading books.
Low: Reading newspapers, coaching.
Lowest: Housekeeping, surfing the internet, watching TV.
You need to decide how much time you should spend on your tasks of "high priority". Is 50% of your time enough or you need more? For the rest tasks you have about several hours. No matter how you will split your time between each of these tasks. The most important tip is to understand that the small things can get in the way of the big things.
