Task Work Management

“Tasks” are the major working components (consistently and integrally interrelated) of any project that functions actually as a complex purposeful effort for accomplishing these tasks (as only the whole sequence of these tasks when completed leads to a satisfactory project’s ending). Task work activity is a specified amount of business resources (manpower, energy, time, money, labor, etc) that need to be invested into the process, and managed coordinately to reach the required working results (to finish the task). 

Task work management is a continuous process that makes it possible to reach these results as it stands for coordination and direction of these resources, whether in group or by individual. There are computer-based products that can be used to manage job. One example of such a tool is VIP Task Manager , let’s consider its capabilities:

  • instruction – this product can be used to outline working instructions in a multilevel manner () to compose work-oriented action plans that comprise hierarchies of interrelated sub-tasks (steps) explained with Notes and other sub-matters;
  • items – while the general plan is allocated, it is necessary to set doable items to act through to complete all stages of this plan. With a help of this tool you can display tasks that you have to do during a period of time (T) outlined according to their priorities, durations, etc;
