- Make a list of your subordinates and save their contact information. To add a new employee left-click on Resource Assignment Bar and select New Resource from context menu.
- Write down all tasks, jobs and objectives. To create a new task press CTRL + ALT + A.
- When creating a task you can set due date and time, priority, estimated time and other details in General TAB.
- In Resources TAB you can assign an employee to this task.
- In Reminder TAB you can set notification for your employee (email or text message to mobile phone) and specify time when it should be sent.
- VIP Team To Do List allows you to create several databases for needs of your small business administration. For example, you can have one database for your employees and another for your business partners’ information. Or you can create separate databases for each department. You can create a new database using General (File) menu.
