Task Management Software
"This software rocks golden. Have been looking for this thingy a long time now. My search is over." |
Tommy Hofton - Eggedal, Norway |
" Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |
Christopher Jones - Arundel, AU |
"I have a purchased copy of VIP Team To Do List. Has to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. Well worth it." |
Chad Lindsey - Honolulu, HI |
"I like the layout, categories, sorting, filters, and customizable print report. I love being able to change info on multiple tasks at once & being able to right click to change info on tasks." |

Projects become successful with proper scope of work planning
|
In terms of project management the scope of work (SOW) stands for a chronological breakdown of tasks and jobs to be fulfilled during a project with purpose to deliver the project product. To create the scope of work, a software solution is required. A good project manager understands that to plan scope of work , there should be enough information gathered to build the project timeline, to outline the project lifecycle and to schedule project activities. The project manager should use SOW software to run the process of work planning. That process is focused on three main points.
|
The first one is to develop a comprehensive plan and schedule for the entire project lifecycle, or at least for its next phase. The second one is to prepare a detailed view of actions, or a complete list of tasks and jobs. And finally the third point of the scope of work planning is to create a list of resource assignments to the tasks and jobs.
With help of SOW software the project manager can identify project scope that entails the following:
- Setting project goals and defining project requirements
- Distributing relevant information on the project to all project participants
- Creating the project resource-list and giving permissions to the project data based on project roles and authorities
- Creating and assigning scheduled task lists and job lists to each person in the resource list
- Setting measures for tasks and jobs
- Providing ongoing support for resources
VIP Team To Do List brings a software solution to project managers and other professionals. This software provides a way to organize activities and schedule tasks of projects. You can plan SOW by creating todo lists, setting due dates and priorities, and assigning tasks to project team members. VIP Team To Do List allows to send to-do lists by email to the project team and also to build a report by exporting the todo list view to Excel file. The scope of work report can be also generated in HTML and CSV formats.
VIP Task Manager is a powerful task management program that offers flexible solution based on real-time collaboration via client/server connection.
