How to improve your skills
|
- Break your project into simple tasks (use CTRL + ALT + A for adding task to the list)
- Assign your colleagues or employees to these simple tasks (drag a human resource from Resource Assignment Bar and drop it on a task from your list)
- Prioritize tasks according to their urgency or importance (use SHIFT + CTRL + UP or SHIFT + CTRL + DOWN to increase or decrease priority)
- Set due date for each task (use Due Date in Edit Task dialog to specify the date in the drop down calendar)
- Track the tasks till their completion (use Status and Complete% options in Edit Task dialog)
