Task Management Software
"This software rocks golden. Have been looking for this thingy a long time now. My search is over." |
Tommy Hofton - Eggedal, Norway |
" Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |
Christopher Jones - Arundel, AU |
"I have a purchased copy of VIP Team To Do List. Has to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. Well worth it." |
Chad Lindsey - Honolulu, HI |
"I like the layout, categories, sorting, filters, and customizable print report. I love being able to change info on multiple tasks at once & being able to right click to change info on tasks." |

Don't say 'yes' all the time
|
It is obviously that the better you are at managing your time, the more likely you will be chosen to do some important and urgent tasks and projects. But how often do you say 'yes' when somebody ask you to do something?
Very often the completing of such important tasks leads to some rewards and bonuses. But the problem of always saying 'yes' appears when you don't pay your attention to what the task is, or to the person who asks your help, and also to the number of the tasks you already have.
|
Always saying 'yes' is one of the main reasons of overloading and stress, as it can focus your attention on unimportant tasks instead of doing some important tasks. If you don't want to face with the stress which is associated with attempting too much, you need to decide whether to accept these new tasks or not.
There are two reasons why people say "yes" when they should say "no":
- They say 'yes' automatically, without fully thinking about the request. It can be a reaction on their family or on their boss and it seems to be normal. But when you agree to do everything you are asked for, you will quickly reach the point of attempting too much. And if it happens, your overload will produce stress, let you down, and reduce your productivity and effectiveness. Remember, that you can do almost anything, but you cannot do everything.
-
The second reason why people say 'yes' when they should say 'no', is associated with their internal motives. If you start thinking over each request before accepting, but still feel yourself overloaded because of saying 'yes' too much, you may be facing a psychological barrier that is holding you back. It can be a desire to please and a fear of rejection.
|
Our product VIP Organizer can help you to avoid overloading and stress and to complete your tasks in time and achieve your goals faster. VIP Organizer allows you to prioritize your tasks, set the deadlines, manage your projects and so you will no more answer 'yes' on each request as you can open VIP Organizer and see is it possible or not.
