Daily to do list and Weekly to do list - how to handle and coordinate them

Building daily to do list is an elementary action for every person who aims to become organized, as well as starting of new day with morning to do list review. Your everyday actions is a plan of how you are going to use your time today, however if you want to make your planning more comprehensive and really consistent you should also create weekly to do list. You need to consider weekly tasks not just as a long to-do list for the whole week, but rather as general plan for the week.

  7. Include important activities into your weekly appointmens and allocate them by portions among your daily tasks.
  8. Weekly to do list can be a part of monthly plan. (as well as daily to do list is a part of weekly to do list).
