Task Management Software
"This software rocks golden. Have been looking for this thingy a long time now. My search is over." |
Tommy Hofton - Eggedal, Norway |
" Although I use Microsoft Outlook I found that
the task tracking in your software has a better view and layout than Outlook. I like
the way that icons can be used for different categories, and the different colours
that are used in the main task list make it easier to get an overall
picture of outstanding issues." |
Christopher Jones - Arundel, AU |
"I have a purchased copy of VIP Team To Do List. Has to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. Well worth it." |
Chad Lindsey - Honolulu, HI |
"I like the layout, categories, sorting, filters, and customizable print report. I love being able to change info on multiple tasks at once & being able to right click to change info on tasks." |

Achieve more in less time
|
The main problem people face each day is shortage of time. Every person needs to learn how to plan his/her time wisely to get the most of the day and avoid overwhelming and stress. Here are several tips that can help people to spend their time productively and achieve more in less time:
|
- All people have enough time during a day. The problem of time shortage can appear if you don't spend your time productively, but waste it on some unimportant tasks or delay some important tasks for later. And as a result you don't have enough time to accomplish all your important tasks and waste your time.
- Plan your daily tasks and activities in advance and prioritize them by importance and urgency to know which of them must be accomplished first.
- Create To Do list and keep it in front of your eyes not to forget about some of your tasks.
- Don't forget to plan some time you can spend on some interruptions or emergencies.
- If you need to accomplish large or time-consuming task, don't try to do it at once, just break it down into smaller parts and accomplish each part step by step.
- Don't do any work at weekends, weekends are for the rest. If you have good rest on weekend then your work will be more productive within workweek.
- Try to accomplish several tasks at a time. For example: While sending some routines emails, you can make several calls.
- Complete similar tasks at the same time. If you need to send e-mails or make calls, do them at the same period of time not to digress on each of them during a day.
- Set estimated and actual time on each of your tasks, so you can track the time that was spent on each of your tasks in the end of the week.
- Reward yourself. Each time you complete some important task in time, give yourself some treat. It will keep you motivated for accomplishing your future tasks in time.
|
